Things are going well. Had some groin cramping last night which hindered sleep and have had massive swelling in my foot from being on feet so long so I have to stop and elevate it. I am already walking OKish without walker but use it most times to walk correct. Working on some fun seminars for the gym in the coming months.

DP press 100 reps per arm with 20lbs
pull downs 4 sets of a lot with 100lbs
Airdyne 10 mins, was going to go 15 but it was sore this am
leg ex and leg curls some
Hip abduction x a lot
