strengthguild On June - 10 - 2015

Things are going well. Had some groin cramping last night which hindered sleep and have had massive swelling in my foot from being on feet so long so I have to stop and elevate it. I am already walking OKish without walker but use it most times to walk correct. Working on some fun seminars for the gym in the coming months.

 

anyway training 4:30am

keeping everything very light.

DP press 100 reps per arm with 20lbs

pull downs 4 sets of a lot with 100lbs

Airdyne 10 mins, was going to go 15 but it was sore this am

leg ex and leg curls some

Hip abduction x a lot

few curls

 

I’m feeling better every day and in 15 days we have our baby

sleep
