We’ve come a long way in a few weeks. another platform built bumpers arrived one of the squat stands, sandbags, still have bars coming, another rack, and more.
We had great energy and even better progress and PR’s set in week one.
I think Top PR goes to Mike who killed a 35 lb squat PR easy, other highlight Steph going for never having doen a clean to pretty damn solid form in about 30 minutes. and her killing sets of squats she couldnt even do one loaded prior.
Were going to be haviong a TON of fun and building some greatness along the way
