Finally a real book, with peer reviewed scientific evidence, by actual real world Doctors and scientists (not fly by night so called experts) showing both the effectiveness and safety of high protein intake for Strength Athletes.
My colleague and friend Dr. Lonnie Lowery and others have been working for years on studies and evidence to finally prove the safety and effectiveness of a high protein intake for strength athletes and those who that part and high intensity strength training. Finally dispelling the junk sited science that states protein will harm kidneys and liver ( its not real science when you take a population with existing liver and kidney malfunction and put them on a high protein diet and say look it causes damage, that’s junk science)
